🛍️ Return & Refund Policy – ByBuckets

At ByBuckets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your lenses — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📅 Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The lens box must not be damaged or tampered with.

  • You must have a valid order receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used lenses

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

🧾 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.

  2. Contact your payment provider (some banks take extra time).

  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at bybuckets@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92-342-0428845.

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

🎁 Gifts or Promotional Items

  • If the product was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • To start a return, please contact us on WhatsApp for instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was defective or wrong).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items above Rs. 1000.

✨ Note: ByBuckets reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene and safety standards.
