At By Buckets, we aim to provide a smooth, fast, and reliable delivery experience to every customer across Pakistan.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charges: Rs. 199/-

  • Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,490/-

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays).

  • During peak seasons or high demand, deliveries may take up to 7 working days.

  • First-time customers will receive an order confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message from our customer service team before dispatch.

🔁 Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

Return & Refund Conditions

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging.

  • Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (usually Rs. 199–250).

  • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit within 2 working days after receiving the returned product.

  • Returns must be sent via traceable courier or registered post to our warehouse address.

Replacements

  • Replacement shipping is charged Rs. 350, covering two-way courier costs.

  • Please pack the product in its original or equivalent packaging.

  • The rider will collect the old parcel and deliver the replacement simultaneously.

⚠️ Important Return Guidelines

  • Please do not accept any package that looks damaged or has a broken seal at the time of delivery.

  • Products damaged during use, perishable items, or products not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.

  • In rare cases, refunds may be processed based on tracking information before the product is received at our warehouse.

💰 Pricing Policy

  • All prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice due to updates from manufacturers or the expiration of promotional offers.

  • Discounts and coupon codes are valid for a limited time only.

  • The final price at checkout reflects the most accurate and updated pricing.
